1 min. 24 sec.

American Lawyer Part I
4 min. 25 sec.
The introductory episode of the three part “American Lawyer” series, Part One provides insight into King's formative years – his parent’s legal fight to become the first black family in Shaker Heights in 1972, Law School at Case Western, a stint as Assistant Attorney General in Ohio, and, most significantly, his Civil Rights-focused private practice. King is shown just after winning a First Amendment criminal trial in which his client was arrested for trespassing while exercising his First Amendment Rights of association and protest, and vintage live courtroom video is featured, culminating in a negro spiritual victory celebration caught live as performed by another of King's First Amendment clients from the ‘90s.

Press Conference
2 min. 57 sec.
King is hauled into Court on attempted criminal extortion charges after he wrote a Demand Letter and "threatened" to call a press conference on behalf of Willie Toney, a young African American man who faced three drawn undercover police guns and a body cavity search (prior to being acquitted). On the steps of the courthouse, watch King turn the tables and call a Press Conference of his own, in addition to passing out fliers and providing copies of his Civil lawsuit to the media and others. Unfortunately, CBS afffiliate WMUR failed to mention any of this on their noon broadcast, instead showing King in a 6-second perp walk.

American Lawyer Part II
5 min. 1 sec.
The next installment of AL follows King’s post civil practice career working as a consultant for several telecommunications power brokers, which eventually led him to his "holy grail" – and main subject of this series - the American Tower corporation. Featuring re-enactments of King being fired and scathing interviews based on actual transcript and deposition testimony from two co-workers, this piece explains how King demanded overtime pay for himself and his fellow employees only to be publicly labeled a “dangerous black man” by a company VP. The corporate behemoth subsequently paid out nearly $300k in federally mandated overtime settlements and perhaps another $100K in legal fees from other lawsuits as a result of King’s tenacity. Just prior to being fired, King had been named employee of the week.

American Lawyer Part III
4 min. 16 sec.
The final episode of the AL series begins with candid audio of American Tower VP Jody Mitchell and Director Yannis Macheras, Esq. seeking police assistance as they plan to fire King at a commuter rail station (“You’re gonna drop a bomb on him at the train center??” asks the baffled police sergeant). American Tower’s actions following the firing are discussed in detail by King and his fellow co-workers, and the series ends with King’s explanation of the subsequent re-emergence of his strong activist tendencies, resulting in a heartfelt affirmation of his commitment to civil and human rights.

A Day In Nashua
6 min. 13 sec.
Back in New Hampshire, Nashua NAACP President Gloria Timmons obtains a Restraining Order against King, and we join him on the day he successfully overturns it based on First Amendment principles. Timmons had obtained the Order based solely on King's website and weblog, and basically makes a fool of herself in court. Slinking away post-hearing, she leaves King on the courthouse steps, where he discusses things informally with one of his friends, who also happens to be the county prosecutor. (While the entire audio of this hearing is available, King and his crew are inexpicably denied camera access to the courtroom.)
